The infusion heating silicone hose is made of three different processes. The first part is the tube body of the infusion heating silicone hose (four carbon fiber heating wires on the tube body). The four carbon fiber heating wires are made of silicone extrusion technology together with the silicone. Forming and extruding, while the tube body of the infusion heating silicone hose plays the role of heating. The combination of four heating wires and the power supply converts electrical energy into heat energy, and the infusion tube is also heated through the silicone heat conduction to the entire tube body. The second part is the power cord. This part is made by wire harness extrusion process. It should be noted here that the power cord of the infusion heating silicone hose needs to be made of high temperature resistant materials, otherwise it will be melted by high temperature, and the vulcanization process cannot use double twenty vulcanization process. Do. The third part is the molding process. This process is a relatively complicated part of the entire infusion heating silicone hose. The mold needs to be positioned so that all electronic components must be in the inherent position of the mold, otherwise electronic components will be generated. The components are exposed on the surface of the infusion heating device. In addition, all the components in the mold need to withstand pressure and temperature. Otherwise, high temperature and high pressure will be generated when the silicone is vulcanized, which will damage these electronic materials and make them unusable.
