We need a drawing (CAD, PDF, or sketch) of the cross-section, or a physical sample. We also need specifications for hardness, color, length, and any special requirements (flame retardant, food-grade, etc.).
What is the lead time for custom profile samples?
3-5 days for samples. Mass production: 7-10 days after sample approval.
Are there tooling costs?
Yes – but extrusion dies are significantly less expensive than injection molds. Tooling cost is typically low. Existing tooling for standard profiles means no tooling cost.
Do you have standard profiles ready to ship?
Yes – we stock several common profiles (D-shape, P-shape, etc.). Contact us for a list of standard profiles and dimensions.
What is the minimum order quantity?
