From silicone compounding to steel insertion and precision co-extrusion – three integrated factories ensure complete quality control at every stage. Steel and silicone are bonded during co-extrusion – not post-inserted – ensuring no delamination, no separation, and long-term reliability.


Our steel-reinforced silicone sealing strip embeds a steel band or wire inside the silicone profile during co-extrusion – not post-inserted. The steel provides stable clamping force that grips the battery pack enclosure edge securely – solving the common problem of adhesive-backed seals peeling off under vibration. Clamping force adjustable to match your enclosure sheet metal thickness (1-5mm).
The U-shaped design allows the seal to be clipped directly onto the battery pack enclosure edge – no glue, no tape, no screws. Installation is fast and requires no curing time. Removable and reusable – ideal for battery pack maintenance and service access. No adhesive residue, no clean-up.
The platinum-cured silicone outer layer delivers exceptional elasticity and sealing performance across a -40°C to 300°C temperature range. >95% rebound rate – returns to shape after compression. Low compression set – compensates for thermal expansion and contraction. Ideal for battery packs that experience wide temperature swings during charging, discharging, and extreme weather.
Battery packs must meet specific IP ratings to ensure protection against water and dust. Our steel-reinforced silicone sealing strip provides a waterproof and dustproof barrier, reducing risks of damage caused by humidity or airborne particles. IP67 compliance is verified through standardized testing defined under IEC 60529.
Silicone is inherently fire-retardant, and when it does burn, emissions of smoke or toxic fumes are very low. This makes our steel-reinforced silicone sealing strip an important safety barrier in the event of battery thermal runaway – providing critical time for thermal management and evacuation.
Unlike competitors who insert steel after extrusion (prone to separation), our steel and silicone are co-extruded – the steel is embedded during the extrusion process, creating a permanent chemical and mechanical bond. No delamination, no separation, no risk of the steel slipping out. Long-term reliability for EV battery pack applications.
