  When it comes to customizing colors, we primarily use Pantone color matching.  Unlike selecting a single color from a shelf, our clients must understand that colors can vary significantly.  For example, 'green' encompasses a wide range of shades.  To achieve the exact color desired, we kindly ask clients with high color requirments to provide color samples or specific Pantone color codes..  If a client only requires a general shade, such as 'green,' we can select a green color at random, but we cannot guarantee that it will meet the client's exact expectations.

  For clients with specific requirements regarding product attributes—such as quantity, application, hardness, density, tolerances, conductivity, temperature resistance, and flame retardancy—we engage in detailed conversations before quoting prices. If clients do not have specialized requirements, they can simply inform us of the product's intended use. Based on our experience, we will do our best to recommend suitable options, though we cannot guarantee that these will fully meet client needs.

Minimum Order Quantities and Cost

  Due to material and labor costs, we have established minimum order quantities (MOQ) for silicone tube production. Typically, the MOQ for a standard colored silicone round tube order is set at an EXW price of $400. Orders below this amount can lead to significant cost inefficiencies.

  Furthermore, each color variation is treated as a separate order. For instance, if you order three different colors, the total minimum order quantity would amount to $1,200. It is also essential to note that unique and very small-sized tubes may have different MOQ requirements, which will be specified in our quotes.

Given that we manufacture over 20,000 different products, many non-standard items may not be readily available in stock. If we inform you that a requested product is out of stock, please do not be alarmed. Creating a sample of 5 meters (which is free, although shipping costs are covered by the client) typically takes about 3 to 5 days, while producing an order of 5,000 meters usually requires 7 to 15 days.
