1. Confirm continuous temperature exposure

Standard silicone works from -40°C to +200°C. For repeated steam or higher peaks (250°C+), specify high-temperature grade. Wrong temp = faster aging or burst.

 

2. Define working & burst pressure

3. Select fittings & connection type
