What a cabinet and wardrobe diffuser is
This is a small extruded silicone diffuser for furniture lighting. It is shaped to sit against a surface or into a shallow rebate without cutting a deep slot in the cabinet, and the emitting face is angled so the light lands on the shelf or the wardrobe interior instead of the eye.
The 45° section is the one that makes corners work: two runs meet at a right angle and the joint reads as a mitre without a separate corner piece. Because the whole profile is silicone, the same part bends along a curved shelf edge. For a flat line that finishes flush with a panel see the side-lit flat-emitting diffuser; for a sleeve wrapped around the strip see the silicone sleeve for LED strip.
All three sections are small enough to hide in furniture detailing. The wall thickness and the angle decide how the light spreads, so they are chosen together with the strip, not after it.

Transmittance, colour and flexibility come from the compound. Because we compound and extrude, a change in the light effect is a formulation change, not a new supplier.
Extrusion from your drawing
We work from the section drawing or the groove you have to fill, and tell you whether an existing die fits or a new one is needed.

Cut to length and packed to suit your line. Where the fixture needs a sealed end, the method is agreed before the order.
Paperwork that matches the claim
Certificates are described at the level they are held. Where a product-specific test report is needed, it is quoted as a separate project instead of implied.
Key advantages
A corner without a corner piece
The 45° section mitres into a right angle, so a cabinet run turns the corner with the same part and no visible joint.
No rebate, no machining
The surface versions fix with adhesive or a clip. The cabinet is not routed, so the job can be done in a finished room.
Light on the shelf, not in the eye
The emitting face is angled, so the light lands on what the cabinet holds rather than shining out at the person opening it.
Bends where the furniture bends
Silicone follows a curved shelf edge and a rounded carcass without stress whitening.

Silicone diffuser versus rigid aluminium profile
The reason to use silicone here is the geometry, not only the material. A rigid profile needs a machined slot and a corner piece; this part follows the furniture.

Frequently asked questions
Does it really fit a right-angle corner without a separate piece?
The 45° section does. Two runs meet and the angled faces form the corner, so there is no corner fitting and no dark gap at the joint. For a flat 90° return on a shelf edge tell us the run and we will say which section matches.
Do I need to cut a slot in the cabinet?
The surface-mounted versions fix with adhesive or a clip and need no rebate. Where the design calls for a recess, the section is chosen against the rebate you can machine.
Can it follow a curved shelf?
Yes. The profile is silicone and bends along the run. Tight radii are checked on the sample, because the wall thickness sets the minimum bend.
Which strip widths fit?
The section is chosen against your strip. Send the strip width and we confirm which of the three standard sections takes it, or quote a new one.
Do you publish light output figures?
No. Evenness depends on the strip, the distance to the emitting face and the wall, so the reference is the sample built for your project.
Is it waterproof?
The profile is solid silicone. Where the fixture needs a rating it is supplied as a sealed assembly rated IP67 or IP68, with the end treatment agreed per project.
What temperature can it take?
−40 °C to +200 °C. That covers LED heat inside a closed cabinet and the cold of an unheated room.
What are the order terms?
Minimum order value USD 500. Stock samples are free; custom runs are quoted. Standard items ship in 5–7 days, custom items in 10–20 working days after sample approval.
